Our client have an exciting opportunity for a creative, detail orientated and highly organised Digital assistant to join their team. If you have a keen eye for detail, good writing and communication skills. This may be the job for you. This is a varied role that will challenge and reward an individual who is hard working, quick to learn new things, takes responsibility for their work and is a proactive team player.
This position is remote working with a discord link to the office.
Duties and responsibilities
Software Content Updates
- Content addition and updates
- Add provided content to new websites and software applications
- Updates content on websites and software applications as requested
- Photoshopping images
- Reposting and posting social media content (we create the content)
- Check and test websites/applications
Analytics / SEO - Analytics
- SEO
- Tag Manager
Admin - Checking new issues
- Allocating issues to team
- Testing if the issue can be replicated
- Getting more details from customer if required
- Issues management from Jira
