This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in communications, content creation, and digital marketing within a dynamic and creative business environment. The role supports the execution of marketing strategies, focusing on brand communication, content development, and digital engagement. Key responsibilities include assisting in the creation of weekly newsletters on Klaviyo, developing website content, and managing social media updates for Instagram and TikTok. The position also involves producing blog content that aligns with the brand’s identity and supporting the creation of visual marketing materials using Canva. Additionally, the role contributes to internal communications, ensuring that brand messaging is consistent and effectively conveyed across all platforms. The internship will also provide exposure to market research and direct-to-consumer marketing strategies, contributing to the refinement and execution of existing marketing plans with a focus on increasing website traffic and audience engagement. Candidates should have strong writing and communication skills, a keen interest in digital marketing and interior design, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability are essential. Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in writing and scheduling weekly newsletters on Klaviyo.
- Develop and update website content to align with brand messaging.
- Create and manage social media content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Produce engaging blog content that reflects the brand’s identity and values.
- Support the design of marketing materials using Canva.
- Contribute to internal communications, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in market research to enhance direct-to-consumer strategies.
- Help refine and execute marketing plans with a focus on increasing website traffic and engagement.
Skills and experience
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience or keen interest in digital marketing, content creation, and brand communications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media management and engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (Klaviyo preferred).
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
