Description
Role
The successful interns will contribute to a live research project focused on exploring the barriers and enablers to research placements for racially minoritised nursing students at universities in the West Midlands. While the study specifically focusses on racially minoritised nursing students, we welcome applicants from all ethnic backgrounds who have a strong interest in research and are passionate about contributing to the project’s goals. Interns will actively participate in all phases of the research process, including participant recruitment, data collection, and analysis.
This internship is designed to complement the research placements offered to 3rd year nursing students at University of Staffordshire. The Principal Investigator, who also leads these placements, will oversee the project with support from the wider research team. Through this programme, interns will gain hands-on research experience, contributing to their academic and professional development.
