Description
Role
The Student Success and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (SSEDI), in collaboration with the Students’ Union, are creating a new extra-curricular programme, called Surrey Future Leaders, for our under-represented student groups throughout their university experience, from starting at the University of Surrey to graduation.
Hours: 3 hours per week* for 12 months from Monday 9 June 2025 until Sunday 7 June 2026.
*Flexible working hours. 3 hours based on expected average weekly commitment.
£12.21 per hour.
£1.47 per hour holiday pay.

Duties and responsibilities
We’re looking for individuals who are representative of one of our underrepresented student groups (listed below) across the University of Surrey to work with the SSEDI team on the Surrey Future Leaders programme, ensuring that student voice is at the heart of what we do.
