Our client, a leading institution committed to excellence in education, is seeking a Lecturer in Computing to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This permanent position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with the flexibility to wait until September for the right candidate.
Duties and responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment to all learners in your class group
- Take ownership of learner progress and achievement
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, conduct, and educational delivery
- Ensure compliance with all College policies, including safeguarding, the staff code of conduct, and financial regulations
Skills and experience
- Proficient in C# and JavaScript programming
- Strong understanding of software development design approaches
- Knowledge of testing frameworks
Desired Experience:
- Exposure to XR technologies
- Familiarity with real-time embedded systems and AI
- Use of information systems for business purposes
- Experience with risk-based testing
- Teaching experience is desirable but not essential – training and support will be provided for the right candidate
