Ever thought of a career in property? We are working with a business based in Telford who is looking to recruit a Sales and Lettings Negotiator.

In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale and letting of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage property listings on various platforms to maximise visibility.
  • Provide administrative support including preparing contracts, agreements, and other documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless service delivery

Skills and experience

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions simultaneously.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks with attention to detail.
