Role
Our prestigious client are looking for a Paraplanner to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting their Mentors by conducting in-depth research, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of client financial plans. This position offers a clear pathway for career growth, with opportunities to progress into a Senior Paraplanner or Mentor role.

 
The company is looking for a candidate with a strong interest in the financial aspects of the position.
 
This position is office based for 5 days a week.
 
Working days and hours are Monday-Friday. Monday-Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 3pm. 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis to support financial planning recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed member reports, suitability letters, and financial documents.
  • Assist Mentors in developing financial plans tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Liaise with product providers and clients to gather necessary information.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in a paraplanning role or similar financial services experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret and apply financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, problem-solving approach with a strong desire to develop professionally.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards it) is preferred.
