The School of Nursing and Advanced practice provides high quality education to nursing and allied health professionals. This role will involve working alongside academics within the school over a period of 15 weeks, to support the development of a new consensus document on education for nurses in relation to digital technologies.
Duties and responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team on the "Digital Nursing Education – Developing a Consensus" project. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the data collection and qualitative analysis phases of our study, aimed at integrating digital capabilities into nursing education. Responsibilities include administering online surveys, engaging with stakeholders, and analysing qualitative data using thematic analysis techniques. The ideal candidate will possess a background in nursing or healthcare, have experience in qualitative research methodologies, and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. This position requires a proactive approach to handle the complexities of a multi-phase research project and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse research team to achieve project objectives and milestones.
