Do you love weaving words that resonate? Are you passionate about using your skills for a greater good? We're a growing Stoke-on-Trent startup on a mission to make a positive societal impact. And we're looking for a talented Content Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team.

Duties and responsibilities
What You’ll Do:

  • Craft engaging content: Deliver compelling, brand-aligned messaging across social media channels.
  • Basic video editing: Use your skills to create visually appealing social content.
  • Basic design skills: Knowledge of Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • SEO enthusiast: Develop your SEO expertise and boost our online visibility.
  • Analytics detective: Dive into data with Google Analytics to uncover key insights.
  • Write with purpose: Create blog posts and newsletters that inform, inspire, and reflect our brand’s voice.

Skills and experience
About You:

  • SEO savvy: You understand the basics of SEO and have experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Data-driven thinker: You’re comfortable with Google Analytics and A/B testing, using data to guide content decisions.
  • Creative communicator: Your writing is clear, engaging, and adaptable across different platforms.
  • Team player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can tailor your message to fit any audience.
  • Results-focused: You’re all about measurable impact, aligning your work with our mission.
  • Has a knowledge of basic video editing skills and Canva.

Bonus Skills:

  • You're working towards or have a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • You have a portfolio showcasing your storytelling talents and creativity.
