Role
Our prestigious client are looking for a social media and content creator to enhance their brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive inbound sales through strategic social media and digital content creation. This role will be crucial in promoting their holiday camps and school services, ensuring they stand out from the competition. 

Duties and responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Youtube.
  • Respond to comments, messages and customer queries to build strong online relationships.
  • Implement social media campaigns to increase registrations and brand awareness.
Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality videos, graphics, and photography showcasing holiday camps and school services.
  • Create compelling stories, reels, and TikTok videos that highlight activities, customer testimonials, and success stories.
  • Develop blog posts, case studies, and parent testimonials for the website and social platforms.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyse social media performance (engagement, reach, follower growth).
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Use social listening tools to stay ahead of trends and customer conversations.
Community Engagement & Outreach:
  • Identify and engage with parent groups, schools, influencers, and relevant communities.
  • Encourage user-generated content from parents, coaches and attendees.
  • Collaborate with schools, PTAs, and local businesses for partnerships and promotional opportunities.
Advertising & Growth Strategies:
  • Assist in planning and executing targeted social media ads to drive sign-ups.
  • Develop and manage referral campaigns and competitions to increase word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company remains ahead.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience in content creation, including video editing, photography, and graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.)
  • Excellent copywriting skills to craft engaging captions and marketing messages.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate reports to optimise performance.
  • Highly organised, creative, and proactive in driving engagement.
  • Passion for sports, education, and community engagment is a plus.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Knowledge of SEO and website content creation.
