THE ROLE
The Faculty of Computing Engineering Media Department at De Montfort University are looking to recruit a Web and Visual Communications Analyst.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Web and Visual Communications Analyst to manage and execute the visual and digital aspects of our research project. This role will be responsible for maintaining and updating the project’s website and digital assets, ensuring an engaging user experience that aligns with the project’s mission, research objectives, and stakeholder needs

Rate of pay: £20.39

Duties and responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies for compelling digital communication materials.
- Manage, update, and optimize the project website, ensuring a seamless user experience, accessibility, and SEO performance
- .Translate complex research findings into visually engaging and digestible formats for diverse audiences.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic to make data-driven decisions that enhance visitor engagement.
- Integrate multimedia elements such as video, graphics, and interactive content to elevate digital storytelling
- .Provide technical support for website troubleshooting and coordinate with IT staff or external agencies when needed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in web design, digital media, and content strategy to keep the project’s digital presence innovative and impactful.
Skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
