Role
Our client are looking for two applicants to work over the Easter Holidays from Saturday 12th - Sunday 27th April . 4 hour shift 10am -2pm each day.
Your duties will be helping to man the car park during peak times for them. You will be the first point of contact for their esteemed clients and customers, ensuring their experience begins with a warm welcome and ends with a fond farewell. Your role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, assisting them with parking and providing information about the facility and local amenities.
- Parking Management: Oversee the efficient use of parking spaces, directing traffic flow and ensuring that all vehicles are parked in a safe and orderly manner.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the car park, including litter picking and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
