Role
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for your university? Join our team as a Student Caller and help make a difference!

We are looking for enthusiastic and articulate students to connect with alumni, share updates about university life and encourage donations to support scholarships.
Your conversations will inspire alumni to give back, helping future generations access life-changing educational opportunities.
 
To apply for the role, you must be available for ALL of the following dates and times:
Sat 26th & Sun 27th April - 11am - 4pm
Mon 28th April to Thurs 1st May - 6pm to 9pm
Sun 4th May - 1pm - 7pm
Tue 6th May - Thurs 8th May - 6pm-9pm
Sun 11th May - 1pm-7pm

Duties and responsibilities

  • Engage in meaningful conversations with alumni over the phone.
  • Accurately record call outcomes and feedback.
  • Share experiences and updates about life at CCCU.
  • Encourage alumni to contribute towards scholarships and other philanthropic initiatives.

Skills and experience
What we are looking for:

  • Current CCCU student (any year or course).
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner.
  • Motivation to meet targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Passion for the university and its community.
