Description

Role
We are seeking a marketing intern to work with the Diamorph group. The work will involve consolidating brand messaging, updating marketing materials and ensuring a seamless transition for customers and stakeholders. 

 
The marketing intern will be working on the strategic brand integration project aligning Tufnol and Tenmat Wear with the rest of the brand portfolio, working closely with the marketing and sales team.

Duties and responsibilities

  • assist in the development and execution of a brand integration plan.
  • support the creation and adaptation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations and digital assets. 
  • conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure strategic brand positioning.
  • coordinate with internal teams to align messaging across various channels, website, social media, PR etc.
  • monitor and report on integration milestones and key performance indicators.
  • help update internal and external stakeholders through newsletters, reports and presentations.
  • support website updates and content creation to reflect the new brand alignment.
  • assist with internal communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption within the organisation.
  • provide administrative and project management support to ensure timelines are met.

Skills and experience

  • currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • strong communication and organisational skills.
  • familiarity with digital marketing content creation and branding.
  • ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • experience with design tools (e.g. Adobe suite, Canva) and CMS (e.g. WordPress) is a plus.

Additional information
All applicants must as a minimum achieve baseline personnel security standard. Many roles also require higher levels of security vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting required for the role to allow for meaningful security vetting cheques.

 
Two stage interview, initially via Teams and then in person.
