Description
Role
We are seeking a Contract Manager to oversee the operational delivery of key customer contracts. In this role, you will manage and develop significant client relationships, ensure SLA compliance, and drive service improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract management, logistics, or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting multiple accounts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Managing multiple contracts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Collaborating with operations teams to achieve KPIs, service levels, and contractual commitments.
- Ensuring data accuracy and leveraging Business Intelligence (BI) insights for continuous improvements.
- Supporting system management, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- Preparing for and participating in customer meetings, supporting senior managers with operational updates and issue resolution.
- Identifying and implementing quality and efficiency improvements in service delivery.
- Monitoring account costs, ensuring budget alignment, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensuring service delivery compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Skills and experience
- Experience in contract management, logistics, or a related field, preferably with multiple account exposure.
- Strong background in managing customer relationships and ensuring SLA compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Strong data handling and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with logistics and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving responsibilities.
