Role
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, Customer Service is key in this role and the main purpose of the job is to assist guests and delegates of Warwick Conferences with any parking queries they may have.
Duties and responsibilities
- To monitor and control the flow of traffic within Warwick Conferences Car Parks.
- To advise & assist customers of alternative parking when car parks are full.
- To liaise with Duty Manager and Reception daily.
- To ensure all entrances are maintained, swept, and kept tidy on a daily basis.
- Ensure that all vehicles are parked in accordance with markings within the car park and report any infringements to the Duty Manager.
- If the fire alarms sound, adhere to the procedure and assist guests during evacuation.
- Report any maintenance needs to the Duty Manager.
- To carry out any other reasonable request made by the Duty Manager.
Skills and experience
- Strong ability to communicate verbally using the English Language.
- Experience of working with customers and the general public.
- Customer Focused.
- Ability to problem solve and work to own initiative
