Role

Unitemps are recruiting for a Project Coordinator. This is a full-time role at 37.5 hours per week. This role is for a March 3rd start date and has a projected end date of July 31st 2025. Payment is set at £18.72 per hour + holiday pay. This role will be UCL Hybrid working with 3-4 days from campus.

The role holder will assist the Executive Officer in the coordination of the relocation project involving the wider President and Provost Office including the senior management team. They will provide administrative, logistical and operational support to ensure the smooth relocation to the new offices through effective project coordination and communication across stakeholders

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist Executive Officer and core team in coordination of the relocation project including liaising with core team, external colleagues and a variety of stakeholders.
  • Undertake inventory and collate data required for the relocation project.
  • Act as point of contact for information services in the coordination of the new digital infrastructure.
  • Support with the logistical arrangements including equipment and furniture relocations.
  • Act as an additional point of contact for queries related to the move.
  • Support in the building handover process including access and post-move adjustments and snagging.
  • Create how to guides for systems and applications used e.g. for room and desk bookings.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Officer on the building management and office management processes.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or risk.
  • Support the Executive Officer with project evaluation at the end of the relocation project

Skills and experience

  • Experience of strong team working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in supporting projectsExcellent IT skills e.g MS Office.
  • Ability to coordinate and collaborate in a wide complex team while maintaining a level of autonomy.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage time effective and prioritise workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write documents with clarity and accuracy.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive and proactive approach to work

Location
UCL; hybrid working with 3-4 days from campus and 1-2 from home
