Description
Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scribe to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with students to accurately document encounters in real-time, ensuring that all relevant information is captured efficiently and effectively. This will be an ongoing role.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all documentation complies with legal and ethical standards.
- Maintain a professional relationship when working with student
- Communicate effectively with students and staff
- Possess strong communication skills as well as being able to manage own workload
- Maintain confidentiality of student information at all times.
Skills and experience
- Proficiency in English (bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Prior experience as a scribe is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to analyse information critically and make informed decisions based on data collected
