Role

Are you an enthusiastic and driven communicator with a passion for sales and lead generation? We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our client's dynamic team on a temporary basis with possibility of becoming permanent. If you are confident, tenacious, and eager to build relationships with businesses, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Duties and responsibilities

  • Represent our clients professionally and effectively.
  • Contact a targeted list of businesses to generate qualified sales appointments and leads.
  • Update company information and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct telephone surveys with client customers to gather valuable insights.
  • Engage confidently with senior decision-makers, such as Managing Directors, Finance Directors, HR Directors, and Marketing Directors.
  • Meet and exceed daily dialing targets, with an expectation of at least 175 dials per day, depending on the campaign.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a similar telemarketing or outbound calling role.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident voice.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Candidates must be located in Solihull, Shirley, Hall Green, Tyseley, Knowle, or Dorridge.
