Description
Role
Provide high-level PA support to the Senior Leadership Team within the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer’s Group at The University of Warwick. Responsibilities include managing complex diaries, coordinating travel arrangements, and overseeing expense processes with precision and efficiency.
Duties and responsibilities
- Diary Management: Coordinate and manage complex schedules involving multiple stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide proactive and high-level administrative assistance to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Document Preparation: Draft correspondence and create professional presentations.
- Travel Coordination: Research, organise, and book travel arrangements, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Team Support: Collaborate with and provide support to the Operations team.
Skills and experience
- Educated to A-Level Standard (or equivalent) & GCSE (Grade A-C) in English & Maths
- Executive Support Experience: Proven experience in providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
- Organisational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proactive Approach: Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Experience handling sensitive documents and information with professionalism and discretion.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a confident telephone manner, and excellent written and verbal communication. Digital
- Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience using CRM databases.
