We are currently recruiting for a permanent Project Executive working for our client based in Soho.

Duties and responsibilities
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Project Executive to join our growing retail strategy consultancy. This role is designed to support the Project Team and contribute to the smooth operation and delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organised, and focused on execution, with a passion for learning and growth within the retail strategy and development sector. Due to the nature of the role, this position is fully office-based. Our office is located in the he vibrant Soho, and applicants must be comfortable commuting to and working from our central London location.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research & Analysis: Conduct research on live and upcoming projects, translating finding into a compelling form that can be shared with clients and the wider team through presentations and reports
- Presentation Support: Assist in creating, formatting, and improving presentations as well as client documents, ensuring all details are accurately captured, and presented in an engaging form
- Project Timeline Development: Develop (with support) and maintain project timelines, ensuring key milestones are tracked
- Client Briefs to Deliverables: Review and break down client briefs and requirements into actionable project deliverables for the team
- Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the CEO and team, taking detailed notes, summarising discussions, and converting them into clear, actionable steps
- Document Management: Organise and manage the filing of internal project document documents received from clients and external partners, ensuring easy accessibility and version control
- Proactive Support: Anticipate needs, think two steps ahead, and proactively suggest solutions that streamline project delivery

Skills and Experience:
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional eye for detail with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarise and relay information clearly
- Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft 365 and Outlook is essential. You can find your way around a Mac and are open to investigating and suggesting software that can improve efficiency
