Description
Role
Student Ambassadors needed for course video for new MSc psychology programme.
Duties and responsibilities
We are creating a course video for a new programme:
MSc Psychological Therapies with Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner.
This will be used to help promote the course, and will show prospective students what it might be like to study here. The video will include interviews with academic staff, but we also want to feature some footage demonstrating what a lecture/seminar may be like.
We will therefore be filming the Programme Director teaching to a room of students and are looking for student ambassadors from any programme to play this part (the sound would not be filmed, so knowledge about the programme isn't needed). We would also like to film a mock-up of a therapy session which students on this programme would be involved with, this would simply involve 2 students looking like they are talking to each other (again, sound wouldn't be filmed).
Students to bring with them anything they would normally bring to a lecture, e.g. water bottle, bag, laptop, notepad etc. Students can wear clothes they'd usually wear for university, although big logos should be avoided.
Skills and experience
No prior experience or skills required, just the willingness to appear on film and look enthusiastic.
