Description
Role
At Ergocom Ltd, we are committed to transforming lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. We specialise in vocational rehabilitation (VR), helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve their full potential in the workplace. We provide VR services to insurers, employers and case managers and provide a variety of VR and OT assessments and interventions. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach, client-centred care, and dedication to excellence.
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist, in the early stages of their OT career, to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within vocational rehabilitation (VR). We are a small but growing company, with a friendly and supportive team.
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who strongly believes in the importance of work as an occupation. You do not need to have specific experience in VR, as training will be provided, but you do need to have a passion for VR and be keen to learn and develop as a practitioner.
The role is varied and the right candidate will have numerous opportunities for learning and development. You will be based in our offices in Maidstone, but we provide services throughout the UK and Ireland. Your workload will be balanced with remote and office work, but some travel will be necessary.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate and we welcome applications from newly qualified OTs.
