Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our clients team based in Sheffield for a couple of months.
Hours and days: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
Duties and responsibilities
- Able to react in an ever-changing business environment.
- To provide the highest level of customer service.
- In your new role as a Cleaning Operative you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, when the work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
- You will be required to work within a team and work under your own initiative.
- You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
- Performing cleaning tasks such as: hoovering ,mopping ,cleaning of toilets ,cleaning of kitchens, dusting, deep cleans when required by Line Manager ,carpet cleans when required by Line Manager ,office cleaning ,floor buffing.
Skills and experience
- Experience of Commercial Cleaning in Hotels, Student Accommodation
- Familiar with Standard Cleaning Procedures
- Able to work well as part of a highly motivated team
- Strong and Effective Communication Skills
- Good Knowledge / Experience of Cleaning
- Have an understanding of Health and Safety
- Ability to work on own initiative
