Description
Role
Helping the examiner and students within stations at the OSCE exam, this could include being examined wearing shorts, or topless/sports bra.
Helping admin staff run the circuit smoothly and making sure students are in the right places and packing up the set up when finished.
Duties and responsibilities
- Reset equipment in between students in the station.
- Provide scripted answers when asked questions by the students.
- Student may undertake an examination of limbs, spin, head and neck, abdomen or other part of the body. We may ask you to wear shorts or a sports bra for this.
- Helping make sure each student correctly goes from one station to the next.
- Help pack away the equipment at the end of the exam.
Please note: that you will be expected to take on all of these duties as and when required and should not apply for the position if you are unable to undertake these.
*DRESS CODE - Some stations require exposure of skin or removal of top, it is essential to bring appropriate clothing e.g. Shorts, short sleeved top, sports bra.*
Skills and experience
MBChB/WMS Students need not apply due to the sensitive nature of the exam.
