Role
Our client, who provides student housing across the UK, is looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to join their team in Coventry. This role involves face to face customer service, dealing with resident queries and tenancy administration.
Role: 20hour Temporary contract.
Days: 2.5 days a week
Duties and responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Contribute to community events and activities.
- Stay updated on local amenities and resources.
- Support sales and leasing activities, including viewings.
- Oversee housekeeping and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide emergency support as part of on-call roster.
- Monitor payments and chase rent arrears.
Skills and experience
- Strong customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
- Excellent team player with relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
