The University of Warwick are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to help design and deliver academic experience and skills provision for students.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to positively engage staff and students across the University and to co-create a suite of resources. In this role, you will manage the project to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You should have experience working on projects and be comfortable engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
This role suits a creative self-starter who enjoys taking the initiative to independently progress and complete tasks. As a strong communicator, you will write engaging content with accuracy and for a wide range of audiences.

Pay per hour: £18.37-23.80 depending on skills and experience (£34,866-45,163 per annum)
Duties and responsibilities
- Track and monitor progress against project plans, ensuring goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including academic staff, professional services teams, and student representatives.
- Coordinate the design, piloting, and implementation of innovative, evidence-based resources to enhance students' academic experience and skills, ensuring alignment with institutional strategies, policies, and quality standards.
- Conduct desk-based research and analysis to inform project goals, including researching internal and external good practice and interpreting internal data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive communication and consultation strategy to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce clear, concise, and accurate reports and presentations for senior leadership and governance committees as appropriate.
- Organise and lead regular project update meetings, ensuring key decisions and actions are documented and communicated effectively.
- Define clear metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the academic experience and skills provision and use stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and experience
Essential:
- Project Management Skills: Proven experience in successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, preferably within higher education or a similar environment.
- Organisation Skills: Excellent ability to manage competing priorities, maintain focus on key objectives, and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Networking and Relationship-Building: Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing and delivering impactful presentations, reports, and stakeholder updates.
- Technology skills: Excellent IT skills, including confidence and experience with standard desktop applications and the ability to pick up new applications quickly. Experience of maintaining web pages and presenting data would be useful.
- Strategic Thinking: Capacity to align project goals with broader institutional strategies and translate complex needs into actionable solutions.
- Knowledge of Higher Education: Familiarity with the HE sector, including an understanding of the challenges and opportunities related to academic experience and skills provision.
- Creativity Skills: Ability to produce engaging content across a range of mediums e.g. graphic design, webpages, videos.
- Co-creation: Experience in developing or facilitating workshops, peer discussion groups, or similar activities is beneficial but not essential.
