Role

We’re seeking a French Business Development Executive to help to sell franchisees to their French customers. This role wlll focus on selling franchises and being involved from the very start to the signing of contracts.

The role is a full time position (38.5 Hours per week) and is an office based role with potential for 1 day per week WFH after 6 months.

Duties and responsibilities
The main part of this role is to convert leads into potential franchises so the role will involve a lot of talking to people on the phone to understand if the product is right for them.

Plan and implement media campaigns to attract leads, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy and budget.
Conduct initial contact and pre-screening of potential franchisees,
Administer contract renewals and maintain franchise agreements and legal documents.
Support new franchisees through the onboarding process, including guidance on raising finance and meeting deadlines.
Conduct territory mapping based on potential business, geographic location, and road network considerations.
Update and maintain accurate system records for contract renewals and territory changes.
Manage communications and documentation such as sale agreements and loan contracts.

Skills and experience
We are looking for someone who is bilingual in French and English.

You will have strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in contract management, sales support, or a similar role is advantageous.
Proficiency in CRM systems and the ability to manage complex processes.
