Unitemps is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support an Executive Office at the University of Salford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day operations. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Office.

• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.

• Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.

• Take accurate and professional meeting minutes and follow up on action points.

• Manage and oversee contract documentation and filing.

• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

• Utilise advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel (formulas, data analysis).

• Coordinate communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (with a good understanding of formulas and data management).

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Experience in document editing and contract management is essential.

• Professional, approachable, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
