This will equip you with the experience to undertake data and document analysis for evidence based policy making in whatever area you may enter in the future.
-
You will have the opportunity to influence the experience of student officers’ training when they first join the police and help ensure the knowledge the officers acquire during their training can in turn improve wider policing practice.

You will be mentored by our Director of Policing programmes and the Associate Director of the Centre for Policing and will work closely with a number of the members of the policing team as you explore how to develop policy relevant recommendations for change.
