Duties and responsibilities
Following the success of our last intern who is now our marketing executive, our team grew in 2024. With someone looking after social media and website, we are now looking to maximise time and resources, and are looking for a tech geek who can have a look at all the different pieces of software we use and help us implement the sleekest possible solution at a contained or no cost. This includes content creation, email reply automation, email marketing, auto-responders on social, time management and productivity software... anything we use on a daily basis! We envisage the work being split in 3 phases: 1. Discovery phase- exploring how we do things at the moment, what we use and how 2. Research phase - taking some time to research and identify the best option for us 3. Implementation - guide us to implement the new solution and let go of the old This is a role that can be fulfilled entirely remotely, as long as the candidate has excellent communication skills and is capable of leading the project independently.

Skills and experience
Passionate about tech, innovation, and solution-focused Knowledge of CRM and project management software Knowledge of marketing software like mailchimp, canva, etc, and social media planning. scheduling platforms Passionate about research. Capable to work on their own
