We cannot accept current DMU student applications for this role due to the nature of the calls

We have an opportunity for a call operative working Monday 02/12/2024 to Friday 06/12/2024.

This will involve checking in with final-year students, making sure they are accessing the services available to them in the final stages of their course and making any relevant referrals.

The working hours will be 9am until 7pm- you will be paid for 9 hours per day with a 1 hour unpaid lunch – this will total 45 hours for the week

Training will be provided, and a requirement to undertake some mandatory training prior to starting is essential.  

Duties and responsibilities
Making outbound calls to final year students

 
Make referrals to relevant departments

Skills and experience

  • Previous call centre experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent and confident communication skills
  • Ability to navigate MS packages included MS teams, outlook etc...
