Duties and responsibilities
LFC is working with LJMU and UniTemps to provide an opportunity for Year 2 and 3 LJMU students to take advantage of the Discovery Internships Programme through a short-term placement within the LFC People & Culture department.
The placement will be working with the People Experience team who are based in Liverpool. The team is responsible for People Experience across the Club, from the Clubs employer value proposition to workplace environment and culture.
Skills and experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic research into workforce wellbeing and moments that matter
- Deep dive into the topic to help inform a proposal on how the Club brings this to life for our people via our activations calendar
- Research into other football Clubs / Sports Teams / League’s to build a strategic workforce wellbeing and engagement through it’s activities
- Support the People Experience and internal networks to create a plan to deliver the strategic approach to People activities across a full season in line with awareness days, current research etc.
