LFC is working with LJMU and UniTemps to provide an opportunity for “Level 5” LJMU students to take advantage of the Discovery Internships Programme through a short-term placement within the LFC Partnerships department.

 

The placement will be working with the Partnership Operations team who are based in Liverpool and London.  The team is responsible for the end-to-end partnership process, logistical support and rights delivery.

Duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Support across a range of partner deliverables for example: Branding, Open training, Signed merchandise.

  • CRM data entry and data cleanse.
  • Shipping of marketing materials – globally.
  • Supplier management.
  • Stock management.
  • Research into tech solutions to help with process efficiencies.

 

Key Stakeholders:

  • The Operations team.
  • VP, Partnership Delivery.
  • Liverpool Football Club’s delivery & sales team.
  • External suppliers.

Skills and experience

Requirements, Qualifications & Skills:

  • Computer literate and highly proficient in MS Office software, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Dynamic and able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Can work with confidential and sensitive information in a discrete manner.
  • Methodical approach to work, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Has a 'can do' approach and works to exceed expectations.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen.
