Description
Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site by managing administrative tasks, coordinating activities, and providing support to staff and clients. This position requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in various software applications, and excellent communication abilities.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide a primary contact for all matters relating to operational service delivery on a day-to-day basis
- · Be first point of contact for all Customer requests and escalations
- · Manage the day-to-day reactive orders which are raised within your portfolio
- · Be able to coordinate and lead the onsite one team culture for all Service teams including external contractors
- · Ensure all critical services supporting the client’s core business are maintained to an agreed standard
- · Understand the contract terms and conditions and customer expectations at a detailed level and takes ownership for the outcomes
- · Responsible for ensuring Service Level Agreements are met
- · Ensure effective communication on all aspects between client, customer and performance partners
- · Ensure the site Facilities Manager is fully informed of exceptional issues
- · Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
- · Co-ordinate and manage all aspects of performance measurement for supplier and incentive schemes relating to the account
Skills and experience
- Must be educated to a good standard and be self-motivated
- · Essential to possess qualities to lead, motivate and inspire your integrated delivery team
- · Must be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- · Must be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet/exceed the expectations of our customer and clients
- · Level headed under pressure
- · Provide sickness and holiday cover across the region
- · Direct Reports: Supervisors/team leaders from all work streams
- · Budget Responsibility:
- · Out of Hours Responsibility: Available for on call by telephone to support incidents and emergency activities outside of normal working hours. Flexible approach to operational hours expected and as deemed appropriate by FM/GM/ROM
