Privilege HR is seeking a proactive and dedicated student intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist in delivering outsourced specialist management consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses, helping them grow and thrive through our personalized approach. 

Your responsibilities will cover the following areas: 

• Employment Law 

• General Human Resources 

• Administrative Duties 

• General Office Duties

 

Duties and responsibilities
• Travel to and attend on-site evaluation meetings, collaborating with senior partners at the South Liverpool location. 

 
• Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the organization by delivering support to colleagues and maintaining a confidential and customer-focused approach in all matters. 
 
• Help team member to conduct research on employment laws and regulations.
 
• Assist in the preparation and updating of compliance documents. 
 
• Support the team with HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance. 
 
• Aid in employee relations efforts, including organizing engagement activities and addressing employee concerns. 
 
• Manage and organize HR-related documents, files, and records. 
 
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 
 
• Perform various general administrative tasks to support the Privilege HR team. 
 
• Support the day-to-day operations of the office. 
 
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, events, and other office activities. 
 
• Manage office supplies and inventory to ensure the smooth functioning of office operations.

Skills and experience
•Currently pursuing (level 5 & 6) a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

 
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. 
 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
