Think Clearly Tuition are seeking a talented multimedia designer to produce bespoke educational Business content. As a multimedia designer, you will be working closely with the founder and a number of participating businesses to design, record and produce high-end visual, textual, and video content for our learning library. To ensure success, you should have a background in digital design, videographer experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate on projects. We are seeking someone whose visual design skills translate into high-quality content that engages learners and allows them to understand Business curriculum content in the real world.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Collaborating with the founder to determine the project scope. 

2. Conducting research on media techniques and design ideas. 
3. Developing multimedia content ideas in collaboration with the founder. 
4. Designing and producing attractive multimedia content according to the project brief. 
5. Creating digital images, video, and textual content. 6. Creating sequences using computer software. 
7. Recording and editing, video interviews. 8. Performing media edits based on feedback.

Skills and experience
1. Be proficient in graphic design, animation, sound design, and video production. 

2. Ability to use and access to software design programs used to create learning content. 
3. Ability to collaborate on projects. 
4. Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principals, and animation. 
5. Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content. 
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
7. Ability to liaise and engage business leaders.
