Unit3 Design Studio is a creative studio specialising in high-quality architectural and interior design solutions. We are a young and creative architectural / design studio that strive to provide the best experiences and services for our clients. This role is focused on implementing innovative marketing strategies to increase the company’s visibility and drive growth across Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales. The successful candidate will manage a range of marketing activities, including digital campaigns, media outreach, and local partnerships, with the goal of strengthening the company’s brand reputation and customer engagement. They will conduct market research, adapt strategies based on local trends, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Key skills include strategic marketing, adaptability, and strong communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Duties and responsibilities
You will play a critical role in expanding our company’s presence and driving growth across Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales. This role centres on executing new, innovative marketing strategies designed to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and market reach within these key regions. By taking ownership of campaign execution, you will help align our marketing activities with the overall business objectives, ensuring that our message resonates with target audiences across multiple channels. A key focus of this role is to effectively raise the company’s profile by utilising a mix of digital marketing, local media, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to create and implement outreach initiatives that strengthen our brand reputation and build trust with potential customers. This will include managing social media campaigns, coordinating content for local publications, and engaging with regional influencers to amplify our messaging and showcase our unique value proposition. In addition, you will conduct market research to assess customer trends and competitive activities within Merseyside, Cheshire, and North Wales, adjusting strategies as necessary to remain responsive to market demands. Regular analysis of campaign effectiveness and customer feedback will be essential, as you’ll use these insights to continuously refine marketing initiatives and improve engagement. Collaboration with sales and customer service teams will also be a key element, ensuring all teams are aligned to support the company’s growth goals. Success in this position will not only contribute to raising the company’s profile but will also establish a solid foundation for future growth across the regions.
