Role

Our client based in Solihull, are recruiting for a Campaign Manager who will be a integral part of the team.

You will be responsible for being the ‘bridge’ between clients and the sales floor. 

You will be using your skills and expertise to encourage the Training Department to facilitate the targets for the clients. and you will be following KPIs that will be discussed and set alongside the Operations Director.

The salary for this role is £27500 and the company offer flexibility with regards to shift patterns.

Core working ours will be from 9-5 Monday to Thursday and 8-2.45 on Fridays.

But providing that YOU can offer at least 3 shifts of a minimum of 5hrs we can consider your application for this role.

Duties and responsibilities

  • You will be working to and help to set KPIs that will be discussed and set alongside the Operations Director.
  • You will have daily meetings with Trainer, Ops Director and Client Liaison Manager – These are to review training documents and previous results to identify both specific agents and/or campaigns that require targeted support each day. 
  • You will review warm and hot leads set up for each caller/Campaign for that day 
  • You will be involved sitting with agents and completing the relevant training documents to ensure the agent is hitting required achievements both from a call delivery point of view and usage of Five CRM
  • You will be managing and facilitating ‘Group Sessions’ where all telemarketers briefed on a campaign will join in a call listening session. During these meetings a selection of call recordings will be played, and constructive feedback given.
You will be responsible for ensuring that agents are hitting targets as well as providing a plan how to improve the service to clients.

Skills and experience

  • We are looking for someone who has previous experience in sales environments and has worked to KPI's.
  • You will have experience in either a team leader or supervisor position (desired)
  • You will have previously worked in an office environment, ideally a call centre or similar.
  • The right person will have a clear, engaging voice and will have excellent communication skills.

This is an in the office Monday-Friday role and is very target driven. You will be managing and making outbound phone calls and a lot of this will be on the phone.
