Role
We are pleased to invite applications for a fixed-term role to support an internally funded project to explore pre-registration interprofessional learning experiences in practice, and how they influence learner attitudes or behaviour in practice by carrying out a scoping or systematic review as appropriate. 

 
The post-holder will work alongside the principal investigators to develop a search strategy, carry out a literature search using relevant databases, refine the search and then review the literature to synthesis the findings. The post-holder will also provide a first draft of a paper, that will be developed for publication in which they will be credited as an author. 
 

Candidates will be required to have experience of working as a part of a project team to meet deadlines. The post-holder must have experience in conducting interpersonal research, with a proven skill in both quantitative and qualitative research methods'

Duties and responsibilities
1. Work alongside the Principal Investigators and the research team to develop a search strategy 

2. Facilitate the development and implementation of the literature review process 
3. Produce accessible written summaries of insights gained from literature 
4. Contribute to producing outputs in various formats (written, visual, verbal etc) for publication, conferences, final reports and materials for dissemination. 
5. Undertake such other duties that are allocated by the Principal Investigator(s) /Project Lead(s)

Skills and experience
We are seeking an individual who is willing to work as part of a team, but is also able to work independently to set tasks and timescales. 

The person should be familiar with online methods to facilitate project management, have good attention to detail and good listening, communication, and collaboration skills. 
The person must be able to take initiative and respond appropriately to feedback.
