Role
£30-39k 12 month contract
Our client is looking to recruit a French speaking Recruiter on a 12 Month Contract. This role may become permanent for the right candidate.
Our new French speaking Recruiter may come from a variety of backgrounds:
- Ideally, you will have experience of working as an in-house Recruiter.
- We are also interested in speaking with fluent French speakers who are people managers, with a desire to specialise in recruitment, or highly organised, people-focused individuals who want to use their exceptional French language skills to kick start a career in recruitment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Administer contract renewals for our franchisees and agents
- Advertise franchise businesses for sale across a variety of platforms
- Produce accurate and timely reporting and analysis of our media campaigns
- Use their strong communication skills to identify candidates with match at first telephone call
- Interview candidates following our selection process using psychometric and other assessment tools to guide decision making
- Guide new franchisees through the onboarding process and selling franchisees through the sale process to ensure deadlines are met.
Skills and experience
You bring:
- Fluent French language skills, with a flair for building rapport and long-standing relationships
- Recruitment and/or experience in people management
- Exceptional organisation and planning skills
- An open mind, a thirst for knowledge, and a willingness to learn
- A naturally inquisitive nature, with a desire to challenge the status quo
- Define, shape, and lead the end-to-end recruitment process across all business functions
- Be an exceptional communicator, comfortable working at all levels
- Be a highly skilled negotiator, with outstanding influencing skills
- Be well-versed in delivering a world class candidate experience
- Continuously seek out innovative routes to market, developing strategies for success across all campaigns
- Use psychometric and other assessment tools as part of the selection process
- Analyse and report on recruitment campaigns, recommending future improvements
- Lead recruitment or people related improvement projects
Location
Lichfield, Shenstone (Office based role with some flexible working options available)
Benefits
- Salary up to £39,000 depending on experience
- Initially based at their office in Norton Canes relocating to our Shenstone office by October 2024, with flexible working options available
