Role
Unitemps are looking to recruit for our client - an experienced and highly motivated, French speaking, customer service focused individual to join our team, in a dynamic role, where you will utilise your French language skills and excellent communication skills, to support and build strong business relationships with existing franchisees, distributors and customers in France and export markets. Your work will make a difference from day one. Your work will include supporting our French and export countries’ marketing and communication programme.

Duties and responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our franchisees, distributors, customers and consumers responding to queries and offering support, by phone and email

• Build strong relationships with our franchisees and distributors in France and export markets
• Respond to technical questions, handle orders, resolve complaints and manage your own customer related projects
• Support colleagues and team members with other France country-specific activities which will include supporting our French marketing and communication programme

Skills and experience

  • Native-level French language with fluent English 
  • Experience in a telephone-based customer service role, with Excellent communication skills with a calm, composed manner with a positive, ‘will-do’ attitude.
  • Customer Relationship/customer account management experience 
  • Experience in handling technical or product related customer queries with acurate translation skills 
  • Confident IT skills including MS office
