We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Junior Administrator to join our Leadership and Management Development team. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our development courses and programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and preparing materials.
  • Handle correspondence and emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and program materials.
  • Process purchase orders and manage invoices related to program activities

Skills and experience

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade A* - C/9-4 or acceptable equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, building effective working relationships
  • Aptitude to balance competing priorities, working quickly under pressure and dealing with change, whilst delivering a consistently high-quality service.
  • Track record of course administration
  • High level of IT skills including MS Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills with aptitude to liaise effectively at all levels.
  • Productive and self-motivated, with a positive ‘can do’ and customer focussed attitude.

Hybrid role - Ideally needed on Campus Monday, Tuesday and wednesdays
