Description
Role
The Careers and Employability Service are looking for a current UoN Undergraduate or Masters student to review the video content available on the Careers website, undertake research across the sector, to establish how other organisations provide careers information through videos and consult with students about their preferences.
Start Date: 23rd September 24
End Date: 20th December 24
Working Hours: Flexible shifts to be arranged with the successful student around your studies.
Pay Rate: £12.59 per hour
Holiday Pay: £1.52 per hour
Location: Working from home within the UK
Dress Code: Smart casual
Duties and responsibilities
- To carry out a review the current videos on the Careers website in terms of the value, format, quality and how engaging they are to the student community
- To present the findings to the Information and Communications Team and Deputy Director in the first instance
- To make recommendations based on the above research
- To undertake a consultation with students to establish a broader view of what students are looking for in video content for Careers
- To review video content on other careers websites including university careers services and other providers
