We are looking for someone to join our client and work as a Service Team Administrator.

You will be working within the service department and will be providing essential support due to company expansion.
This is a full time position (Monday-Friday 37 Hours per week) and will be a permanent position with the business.

Duties and responsibilities
Working as a part of an established service department, you will be helping to provide administrative support.

This may include
  • Assisting the service contracts manager to price contract enquries
  • Contacting supplier to enquire about spare parts pricing.
  • Allocation of service/call out jobs to engineers.
  • Managing remote monitoring software
  • Manging of email inboxes and customer queries
You may also be covering for other teams/departments for holiday to share workload across the business

Skills and experience

  • You will have strong communication skills (both written and verbal) as you will be liaising with clients and customers.
  • You will be able to organise and prioritise workload to match the business needs
  • You will also be target driven as well as service driven to ensure that the team's targets are him
  • We are looking for someone who can proactive and think quickly to make decisions

Binley Industrial Estate, Coventry

Initially 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays increasing to 24 with length of service.

Company pension.
