Role
We need ambassadors to support Kent and Medway Medical School assessments in April.

- 19th July
Duties and responsibilities
- Taking registers and sign posting students and staff around the building
- Providing support on the assessment circuits, supporting the KMMS circuit timekeepers where necessary
- Escorting students from circuits to restrooms
- Escorting students from holding rooms to the restrooms
- Provide support where needed in each of the holding rooms
- Roaming support, finding key members of the team if any member of staff/student needs support from an academic.
- Transportation of student baggage
Skills and experience
- You must be 18+.
- Ideally have previous ambassador experience.
- Being comfortable engaging with others.
- You must disclose any conflicts of interest, for example if you know a KMMS student in a professional or personal capacity.
