Role
This prestigious company based in Newcastle Under Lyme produce Contemporary Collage Magazine. Contemporary Collage Magazine is a digital and printed publication that features the most inspirational and creative collage art from artists across the world.
The magazine was launched in 2021 and now has subscribers all over the world, with the biggest markets being the UK and USA.
In addition to the magazine, the company creates collage products such as creative challenges and resources (which it sells via its website). It also runs collage workshops and courses from its premises in Newcastle-under-Lyme
This duration for this position is 2-3 months with a possibility of extension but no guarantees. Flexible working hours and days are available.
Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for a creative graphic designer to work on the monthly digital magazine. The role involves working with copy and images to produce impactful editorial designs that fit within the magazine’s design aesthetic.
Skills and experience
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- We are looking for a designer with creative flair, but also a firm understanding of graphic design rules and disciplines.
