Role
One of the highest regarded student lettings providers in Warwickshire are looking for someone for the duration of summer to make a significant impact as a Lettings and Inventory Assistant.
We're seeking someone with drive and ambition to support operations from June to Mid-September. There is also an opportunity to stay at the company full time after the summer.
Prior experience is good but not essential so if you're looking to get into a role in property, this would be a great place to start. Driving license is ideal but passionate candidates without will still be considered.
Duties and responsibilities
- Possibility of helping with Inventories (if no one else is available or any last minute ones).
- Large portion of the role will be dedicated to keys handling (receiving, checking and signing them in and signing them out to new tenants).
- Logging them correctly. Getting move in pouches ready for new tenants.
- Possibility of doing some lettings viewings.
- Liaising with tenants and Landlords.
- Managing report of all tenants who booked to move in next academic year (2024-2025).
- Answering calls and dealing with incoming public..
- Some ad hoc tasks on the day depending how our team is coping around that time.
- Help will be provided.
Skills and experience
- Prior experience is beneficial, not essential.
- Highly organized, diligent, and eager to learn.
- The ability to work efficiently, effectively and under pressure.
