Role

The Social Media and Content Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the sales, marketing and global dissemination of social entrepreneurship pedagogy content. This position is centred around creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that effectively promote and sell our unique educational content across various social media platforms. The manager will be responsible for enhancing the visibility and commercial success of our entrepreneurship programs, utilising social media to reach a broad audience and convert engagement into tangible sales results. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels and the educational content landscape, particularly in the realm of social entrepreneurship.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals, particularly focusing on lead generation and sales.
  2. Content Monetisation: Implement effective methods for monetising content on platforms like YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn, including sponsored content, partnerships and online courses.
  3. Lead Generation and Sales Funnel Management: Create and manage sales funnels using social media content, tracking leads from initial engagement through to conversion.
  4. Campaign Management: Design and oversee marketing campaigns that effectively promote entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship programs, driving engagement and sales.
  5. Content Dissemination: Ensure the effective dissemination of content across YouTube, Instagram and LinkedIn (including the possibility of other relevant platforms), adapting strategies to maximise global reach and cultural relevance.
  6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of social media activities, using insights to optimise future marketing strategies and content.
  7. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into social media trends, sales strategies and the competitive landscape to keep our approach innovative and effective.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and influencers to enhance content reach and engagement.
  9. Budget Management: Manage the budget for social media and content marketing initiatives, ensuring a high return on investment.
