Role
Our client based in Coventry is currently seeking two experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters, overseeing transactions from inception through to conclusion. This includes sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of residential property matters, ensuring a seamless process from inception to conclusion.
- Handle various transactions, including sales & purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
- Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to facilitate effective communication.
- Develop professional relationships with clients and potential sources of work.
- Generate a fee income in accordance with agreed targets.
Skills and experience
- Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience managing your own caseload.
- Be organized and process-driven.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
- Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
- Be IT literate with experience using a web-based case management system.
